Manage your team workspace.

Workspace overview

Everything that lives inside one tenant.

A workspace is your team's isolated tenant. Each one has its own conversations, contacts, deals, chatbots, knowledge base, team and billing.

Every API request resolves a workspaceId and validates your membership — cross-workspace requests return 403.

During the closed beta, each user can own at most one workspace.

Team members and roles

Owner / admin / agent permissions.

Three roles ship today: Owner (full control, including billing), Admin (everything except billing), Agent (operate the inbox + CRM, no settings).

Owners and admins can invite teammates from /dashboard/team. Invitations are email-based with a single-use token.

You can promote / demote / remove members at any time. There is always exactly one owner per workspace.

Workspace settings

Edit name, slug, branding and email senders.

Open /dashboard/settings. From here you can update workspace name, branding (logo + colors on Enterprise), email senders and storage settings.

The slug determines your dashboard URL. Changing it will break any external links pointing to /oldslug/* — avoid changing it after launch.

Branding basics

Upload your logo and pick brand colors.

Open Settings → Branding. Upload a square logo (PNG/SVG, 512×512 recommended).

White-label features (custom domain, branded customer portal, custom sender domains) are available on Enterprise. Talk to sales to enable.

Workspace limits during closed beta

What is capped and why.

Closed-beta caps: one workspace per user, invite-code required to create, manual admin approval before writes, 14-day trial on every approved workspace.

Rate limits: 5 registrations / hour / IP, 5 registrations / hour / email, 5 forgot-password requests / hour / IP+email, 10 verification resends / day / email.

These caps will be relaxed at public-beta launch.
