Zero is a valid state. You will see "No data yet" on a fresh workspace.

Open /dashboard/analytics. The 7-day chart shows AI vs human responses, the channels chart shows where conversations come from.

Filter by date range, channel and assignee.

SyntrixOne never shows fabricated demo data. Charts only render when there is real workspace activity in the queried window.

If you see "No data yet — connect your widget or channel" — install the widget on your site and conversations will start flowing in.
