Pricing FAQ
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You get a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan with no card required. Add a payment method when you decide to subscribe.
What counts as an AI message?
One AI-generated reply to a customer. Internal team chat, agent-to-agent messages, and bot greetings do not count.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing settings. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
We will email you when you hit 80% and 100%. Hard usage limits never break the chat — overages are rolled into the next invoice at $0.01 / message until you upgrade.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — pay annually and get roughly two months free (17% off).
Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?
Yes. Contact sales with proof of status for a 30% lifetime discount on any plan.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel any time from the billing portal. Your workspace stays active until the end of the billing period. Data exports are always available.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Conversations, tickets, knowledge base articles, contacts and analytics can be exported as CSV or JSON from the workspace settings at any time — even on the free trial.
How do you protect customer data?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Secrets are stored hashed with scrypt. We support MFA for all users and require it for platform owners. SOC 2 Type II report available under NDA.
Do you offer a closed beta?
Yes. The first 20 customers receive: a dedicated Slack Connect channel, two free months of Growth, white-glove migration, and a direct line to the founders. Apply via the Contact form.
What is your uptime SLA?
Growth and Business plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA with credits issued automatically if breached. Enterprise plans include a 99.99% SLA with custom credit terms.
