Build a bot in under 5 minutes.
Open /dashboard/chatbots → "Create chatbot". Give it a name, pick a persona (helpful / professional / friendly) and choose which knowledge-base sources it can use.
Save. Your bot is immediately testable in the preview panel.
Tune tone, fallback and handoff rules.
Each chatbot has Persona (tone of voice), Knowledge sources (which KB articles it can use), Greeting message, Fallback behaviour (when confidence is low), and Handoff rules (when to escalate to humans).
Changes take effect immediately for new conversations.
Copy-paste one script tag.
Open /dashboard/widget. Copy the snippet and paste it before the closing </body> tag on any page where you want the bot to appear.

Pass cool conversations to a human.
The bot hands off automatically when (a) the visitor explicitly asks for a human, (b) confidence is below a configurable threshold, or (c) sentiment turns negative.
The conversation appears in the inbox with an "AI handoff" tag and the recent context attached.
Pick model + temperature.
AI replies use GPT-5.2 via the Emergent LLM key. Workspace owners can adjust temperature (creativity) and max-tokens per chatbot.
Higher temperature = more creative but less predictable; lower = more deterministic.
Try it before customers do.
Open the chatbot and click "Test". A simulated visitor chat opens with the same RAG retrieval as production.
Use the "Debug" tab to see which KB chunks the AI retrieved for each response.
