What is SyntrixOne?

A 60-second overview of the platform.

SyntrixOne is an AI-native customer engagement platform. It unifies AI chatbots, a shared inbox, CRM, knowledge base, automation and analytics in one secure multi-tenant workspace.

It is built for support, sales and customer-success teams that want AI inside their workflow — not bolted on top.

During the closed beta, every workspace passes through email verification, an invite-code gate and manual admin approval before any writes are allowed.

Create your account

Sign up with email + password.

Go to /register, enter your work email and a strong password (at least 8 characters).

Disposable email providers (Mailinator, Guerrilla Mail, 10 Minute Mail, etc.) are blocked during the closed beta — please use your work or primary email.

After creating the account you will be asked to verify your email before continuing.

Verify your email

Click the link in the email we sent.

After registration you will receive an email from SyntrixOne with a verification link. Click it to confirm ownership of the address.

Did not receive it? Check spam first. You can request a new email by clicking "Resend verification email" — limited to 10 requests per day per email to prevent abuse.

Once verified, you can sign in and create your workspace.

Enter your invite code

Closed-beta workspaces require an invite code.

During the closed beta, creating a workspace requires a one-time invite code. You receive this code from our team after submitting a demo request or contacting sales.

Paste the code on the workspace-creation screen exactly as received — codes are case-sensitive.

Each user can create one workspace during the closed beta (MAX_WORKSPACES_PER_USER = 1).

Create your workspace

Pick a name and a URL slug.

Choose a workspace name (your team name usually works) and a slug. The slug becomes part of your dashboard URL: /yourslug/dashboard.

Slugs must be lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, and must be globally unique.

Once created, your workspace enters the "pending approval" state.

Pending approval — what is happening?

Our team reviews new workspaces before activation.

Every new workspace is reviewed manually by SyntrixOne admins. We typically approve within 24 hours during business days.

While pending: you can browse most of the product, but write actions (creating contacts, sending messages, building chatbots) are blocked server-side and return HTTP 403 workspace_pending_approval.

You will get an email the moment your workspace is approved, and the dashboard will automatically refresh you out of /pending-approval.

First login after approval

Set up your workspace in under 10 minutes.

After approval, sign in and you land on your dashboard. Your 14-day trial starts automatically — no credit card required.

Recommended first steps: 1) Install the website widget so visitors can chat. 2) Author your first knowledge-base article. 3) Invite a teammate. 4) Open the AI Intelligence dashboard to see what AI surfaces from your conversations.
