Engagement campaigns

Proactive messages based on behaviour.

Open /dashboard/engagement. Build a campaign that shows a targeted message (or starts a chat) when a visitor matches your rules — e.g. "spent 30s on /pricing".

Campaigns can be paused, A/B tested and scoped to specific URLs or segments.

Triggers

When does a campaign fire?

Triggers include: page-view, time on page, scroll depth, exit intent, returning visitor, deal-stage change, message received.

Combine triggers with conditions (segment, score, channel) and actions (show campaign, assign agent, send email).

Lead scoring

Automatically grade your visitors.

Define rules that add (or subtract) points based on visitor behaviour: visited /pricing (+10), opened a deal (+25), spent < 10s and bounced (-5).

High-score visitors surface at the top of the inbox and trigger your sales workflows.

Campaign conversion

How we measure success.

A campaign is considered "converted" when the visitor responds, signs up, or hits a configured success URL.

Conversion rates appear on the engagement analytics page.

Engagement best practices

Don't spam your visitors.

Less is more — one carefully-targeted campaign converts better than five generic ones.

Use time-on-page or scroll triggers, not "page view" alone.

A/B test wording. Even small changes can double conversion.
