Contacts, companies, deals and pipelines.

Contacts

People you interact with.

Open /dashboard/crm/contacts. Contacts are auto-created when a visitor shares an email; you can also create them manually or import via CSV / API.

Each contact has custom fields, owner, activity timeline and is linked to all their past conversations and deals.

Companies

Roll up contacts under an account.

Companies group multiple contacts under one account. Useful for B2B sales and account-based support.

Create from /dashboard/crm/companies or auto-link by email domain.

Deals

Track revenue opportunities.

Open /dashboard/crm/deals. Each deal has a value, stage, probability, owner and linked contact / company.

Drag deals across stages on the pipeline view to update them.

Pipelines

Different sales motions, different pipelines.

Each workspace can have multiple pipelines (e.g. New business / Renewals / Upsell). Pipelines define stages, probabilities and win/loss reasons.

Switch between pipelines from the deals page header.

Activities and notes

Log calls, meetings and follow-ups.

On any contact / company / deal, click the activity tab. Log a call, schedule a meeting or add a note.

Activities feed into the AI Sales Co-pilot which surfaces next-best actions in the daily digest.

Contact timeline

Every touch in one feed.

The timeline shows: conversations, deal stage changes, activities, notes and KB articles the contact viewed.

Filter by event type using the timeline header.
